We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and guest-focused Floor Staff member to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality who enjoys creating memorable experiences and delivering excellent guest service.
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking and serving food and drink orders, and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the dining area. You will play an important part in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment while ensuring every guest receives attentive and efficient service.
We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and able to bring their personality to the role. You should enjoy working as part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing outstanding hospitality.
Previous experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred, but above all, we value a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making guests feel welcome.
