Lead from the front at Mortimer House Kitchen, a buzzy Italian restaurant and terrace in Fitzrovia. You’ll run the floor each shift, be the go-to for guest requests and complaints, and support the Floor Manager with briefings and section planning. Coach the team with on-the-spot feedback, open and close (including cashing up) and keep standards consistent. Supervisor or senior waiter experience needed, plus evening and weekend availability.
