As Head Floor at Rarebreed Dining, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality guest experience that consistently exceeds expectations. Working closely with the General Manager and management team, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the floor, ensuring service is smooth, engaging and delivered to the highest standard.
You’ll lead from the front, guiding and supporting the team while maintaining the energy and atmosphere on the floor. A big part of your role will be creating a positive, high-performing culture—coaching colleagues, setting clear standards and ensuring everyone takes pride in what they do.
