Be the Head Chef’s right hand in a busy, quality-led Italian kitchen in Fitzrovia. You’ll run service and the pass, keep the brigade organised and lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is off. Get stuck into menu development, specials and dish testing, plus ordering, stock, GP and waste. Coach CDPs, demis and commis, and keep food safety and allergen standards spot on. Sous or strong Senior CDP experience needed.
