We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager (Sushi Chef).
This role is suitable to someone with kitchen management experience, whilst also having the people skills to manage our FOH team and provide an excellent guest experience when required too. The right candidate will have a passion for exceptional quality sushi, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring strong food safety, and high customer satisfaction.
